Returns & Replacements

Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors. Exchanges are permitted for equal value provided the returned item is in saleable condition and the customer pays for return and exchange shipping costs. All returns and exchanges must be sent with an RMA number obtained through customer service via email or telephone. Items returned without an approved RMA number are subject to disposal or return at the customer's expense.
